Do you have product catalogue?
Yes, you can view or download it here. We are always including new designs to our catalogue, so be sure to check back regularly. If you don’t see anything that are looking for, please contact us, we can work with you to customise a design to match exactly what you are looking for.
How much do Decopat Panels cost?
We provide a range of pricing to fit a variety of budgets. The prices range from $10 to $50 per square foot depending on material type and thickness you choose.
What types of materials and thicknesses can the panels made from?
The most common materials we quote are 1/2", 1/4" & 1/8" thick. We make panels from Aluminum composites, acrylic, wood, mdf, PVC and Aluminum.
Who do you work with?
We typically work with architects, designers, planners, specifiers, general contractors, fabricators and homeowners.
Where are the panels made?
They are proudly made in Canada at our fabrication shop in Toronto/Canada.
How long does it take to make the panels?
Typical lead times are 2-4 weeks after the shop drawing has been approved.
Patterns
Can the patterns seen on the website be altered or customized?
Yes, all the patterns we offer can be scaled up or down, rotated, cropped or altered in any way needed for your application.
Finish & Sizes
How are the panels cut?
Depending on the material and chosen patten we would either CNC the panels or Laser cut them. In rare cases we would do water jet cutting.
What material thicknesses are available?
Material thickness varies based on the material chosen and it's market availability. Usually it varies from 1/8" to 1".
What color options are there?
We use top of the line automotive paint, Mathews paint and are able to match any corportate, pantone or CMYK color. In addition, we offer powder coating.
What size do the panels come in?
Any size you want them! We can make them as small as 6”x6” an as large as 60"x120” in one piece depending on material of choice.
What mounting and framing options are there?
All of our panels will come standard with mounting holes around the perimeter. We also offer several custom mounting and framing options that can be seen here. Color matched standoffs or screws are also available upon request.
How durable are the panels?
Our panels are considered decorative & are designed to withstand the harshest elements. However we do not warranty our panels due to the variety of elements that are outside of our control.
